From your list I would guess you must be looking for 5 inches of lift. I would avoid the diesel springs like a plague and buy proper springs for a 1500. The cummins springs will not preload to your gasser and your ride will be choppy and your handling poor. Pay the two bucks and buy a set of springs for a 1500. BTW stacking rear spacers is never a good idea.

Rather than stacking blocks I'd get a rear shackle relocation kit. It eliminates the factory block, gives you 5 inches of lift, and a better ride loaded or unloaded. DOR (DODGE OFF ROAD) makes these.

I wouldn't waste my money on an aftermarket track bar bracket. These are so obselete! Buy an adjustable aftermarket bar and bracketry based on the 3rd gen design and run it. This won't be cheap but the track bar is crucial to proper front end geometry and vehicle stability.
