This is a tad vague.....
What's the offset of those 20x10?
If you're leveling (2.5") you can fit 20x10 with a -24 offset and 33" Toyo MT's.
I mention the MT's as they have sidewall tread and are therefore wider due to them.
So that said, those AT tires and a 20x10 -24 offset will fit.

Now it maybe too wide for your liking as you'll probably want flares to protect that paint or newly washed truck, so I'd do a 20x10 -12 offset (5" backspace) and they will still fit in there.

Mind you this is based on you leveling. But you did say you were doing so.
