Turns out the wires on my front O2 sensor were frayed and when in contact with water would short have the truck backfire out of the intake. New O2 sensor and now I can go through puddles like a madman and nothing will happen. Truck runs great aside from this studder.

I've noticed it does this more when the truck is cold (first starts on a cold morning, or when left to cool off). There's a more noticeable vibration.

Anyhow, I've also noticed it seems like this truck might have had a charcoal canister? If so, that's been removed. I have what seems to be some vent lines plugged up that seem to run to the fuel tank? Not entirely sure what the deal is with those.
