Stopped and talked to them again today. A couple of them are a little rougher than I remembered. He started at $400 for just the rims, then down to $350, and finally I asked if he would take $300 and he said he would. I told him I would think on it overnight.

Here are a few pics of the condition. I would rather have my excellent condition 20's than these rashed up SRT 22's if I can't fix them. So, can they be saved without paying someone a fortune to refinish them? Could I sand them down and polish them back to life or are they too torn up?

Here's an overall of one of them.

And here's a shot of damage that most of them have. One of them has this pretty much all the way around it. Whoever had these rims is a non-driving goober.

And here is a shot of one of the worst spots. There are only two or three spots this bad on any of them. I'm pretty certain I won't be able to get something like this out completely. Make it better maybe, but fix it, no.
