Default Throttle body repair parts

An incredibly dirty and gritty throttle body led me to the point of full dissassembly to clean and do mods on it. I ended up snapping off one of the screws holding in the throttle valve (butterfly).

I was thinking of drilling progressivly larger holes and using a screw on the other side to twist it out. Are they any other methods possible?

Also:
What should the tolerance be on the valves when closed? When I held it up to the light, there was a distinguishable "ring" of light visible.

Where would I be able to get new screws and valves if they need to be replaced? I've been searching on line with little success.

Thanks in advance!
