Question Help any one????

i droped the back of my 95 dodge ram 1500 by switching the leafs to the bottom. but it sits on the bumbstops. this is a project car and dont mind cutting a few things here and there. people told me to cut the bumbstops shorter. or to c-notch the frame.
soo if i c-notch the frame. how much do i gota cut? and it wont cause the back to bend?? i dont carry nothing in the back or tow anything..
or could i take another leaf spring out of another dodge at a salvage yard and put it in. would that help raise or stiffin the rest of them?
the exaust comes close to hitting the rear shock in the back.. so if i can keep the hight or raise it just a little would be better..

(i have no bumber cause im getting a rollpan<if thats what there called)
