Yes depending on the how the lift is setup in the front. For example I have the pro comp suspension that utilizes a strut spacer and preload coil spacers( similar to a leveling kit) if I put a leveling kit on I would remove my coil spacers (do not stack!!!!) also If I went with bilsteins I would remove the coil spacers and go with leveling shocks. Again do not stack.

Now you can add a leveling kit to your lift and many do. However many also have issues. You get added height however put your cv's at extreme angles, (if you do i would suggest kore cv's). I've talked extensively about adding more height on my kit with pro comp and they strongly suggest against adding anything on top of your lift.

It really depends on your differential drop, cv, how much you want to spend now/later. But yes is the answer.
