I plan such a mild lift with just the Bilstien leveling that I think too agressive of an offset looks goofy.
I did go yesterday and finally drive a Laramie with the 8spd, Wow what a difference! When I drove a 6spd sport a few months back I thought "meh, it was ok but not really impressed." The 8spd with the 3.55's was a whole new animal, excellent acelleration from a stop or kick-down on the highway. I was thinking if I am going with a 35" tire it might be good to step up to the 3.92's. How would I notice the larger diameter tires with the 3.55's?
I agree. The 103s look really nice. I also prefer bold. I always have regretted not going one step further. I too was thinking 20x9, 20x10, and 20x12 and I regret not going 20x12 but the 20x10 do look amazing. You will still look really good with 20x10 -12 Wheels.
I would definitely get 3.92 if you plan on running bigger tires. I have 3.55 on 37s and although I dont mind it and it isnt that big of a deal to me, 3.92 would be much better though. 35s will be fine on 3.55 (I have 37s on 3.55 remember), but 3.92 will push them better and get better mpg with the larger tire.
However, in the end, if you get 3.55 and run 35s you will still be okay
