In regards to turbohawk, yes you'll need to tap the holes. But on the good side you wont need to mark and drill; the hole is there but it is to small and is un-threaded. Hopefully that makes sense.

Also if any of you guys want any pictures, I'll be more than happy to go take of few when it's daylight.
Eric32688 - I am currently trying to get the skid plates from my dealer but after they called Chrysler this morning, they were told that nothing is in the works to specifically fit the 2013 Express. Would you post some pictures of yours? It might make the search a little easier. Thanks in advance for your time........
