Good info but you are rocking a 4th gen and the OP is rocking a 3rd gen so these numbers aren't going to compare.

Your truck doesn't have to have a "kit" or keys to have been lifted in the front. Someone could have raised it by tightening the stock torsion key bolts. This can be hard to detect. That being said, best I remember the stock height from ground to center of fender wheel on a 3rd gen 4x4 is about 37.5", maybe give or take 0.5". So if it has been lifted, it was very little.
