Yes, you can put the Bilsteins on an Outdoorsman. Why some leveling kits don't work on the Outdoorsman models is because they have taller front struts from the factory. Therefore putting a spacer on them, a 2.5" for example is way too much height on the front end which would put your CV shaft angles way too steep and would be really hard on front end parts. By changing to the Bilsteins you eliminate that problem altogether.
