You don't need a 4" lift to clear 35's..... You easily could have with your set up. I'm running 20x9 -12 offset wheels with 35x12.5 Toyo MT's on a 2.5" level. Minor rubbing but it can be easily trimmed to fix it. A 0 offset wouldn't rub at all.
