When it comes to mufflers alone (not catbacks, etc) there is no exact fit for any vehicle really. It's best to get a muffler with inlet and outlet piping diameter to match the vehicle's exhaust piping but even that can be worked around by an exhaust installer. You just wouldn't want to end up having to neck down your exhaust to feed into the muffler if possible as that would slow down the flow of the exhaust and more or less limit the entire system to that size.
