Default Try ordinary rain-x glass protectant or WD-40

Don't use any abrasives. I've removed paint scuffs (parking poles, wood etc) with a dab of rain-x on a cotton ball.
Just rub it GENTLY on the pavement paint and see if it comes off.
The rain-x will not harm your OEM paint, but test a tiny section.

Bug and tar remover will be useful too, but may take a while. Wd-40 may be useful too.
