Really there is little that can be done to improve MPG or I am sure RAM would have been all over it. The biggy is monitoring the weight of your right foot, but other driving habits come into play as well. Other than that, keeping tires properly inflated and not carrying around excess un-needed weight can help. I am averaging 13.5 MPG around town and highway mileage seems to hover around 17MPG, although I have not been on an extended enough trip to get a more accurate highway mileage result.
