I don't get how they can say it with a straight face. Are they in denial or good actors? When I called from the dealer both of the agents were on the phone so I talked to the secretary. She said she could add the insurance and then looked up my policy. When she got to the quote part she said "Wow, I hope you're sitting down." and then told me the price.
She must not have gone through the straight face training yet.
