Alright, I had replaced my ac lines the other day on the compressor and had the system vacuumed and charged. My ac worked ok for a couple days and now it is temperamental. Sometimes it blows cold, sometimes it doesn't. The compressor is always running, and I've noticed the low pressure lines aren't cold to the touch.

Also, is it normal for the line where the orifice tube is to be 2 different temperatures? The side of the line closer to the firewall is cold, but on the other side of the orifice tube, it's hot. Is that normal? I can also hear almost like pressure releasing from the orifice tube when I turn the truck off.

I don't have any leaks and the system is building high head pressure... So I'm wondering if I have trash in the orifice tube?
