They back their product for sure as they gave me a new one since the old one had water coming in through the top. That said, here are the reasons in no order

too expensive (I am getting the top of the line Bak F1 for 1/2 the cost)

even the pro rattles going down the road when you hit any kind of bumps (it is quiet when the road is smooth)

takes up too much room at the front of the bed with a smaller crew cab bed because of the canister

too much water gets in, especially when its wet and you roll it up.

Here are some pics of the first install, if you get one, get some marine grade silicone sealant and lay a bead down under the rails, then spot seal. This will reduce water getting in.
