I think I want to get a bully dog or trinity tuner.
Just cant decide witch tuner will best suite my needs. Does either have a towing tune? or does everyone just use the performance tune for towing?
Does anyone else out there pull 6000lbs with there half tons? Or am I the only one that dosent want to spend a pile more and get a diesel?
My trailer setup is about the same as yours. It takes a lot to get it into 5th. Most of the time it is in 4th for me as well. Of course this is with the "6 speed" tranny on the 2012 and in TH mode. I don't have an issue with it since I'm sure my total weight is over 7,000lbs and I don't want to fry the tranny. This was last year without the BD tuner. I will be doing a 900km trip in July to the Smoky Mountains. I expect to be having a revving good time once I hit lower Ohio when it starts getting hilly.

You can't compare to guys running a 4,000lbs trailer.
