You won't have 5" of clearance in that area w/ a 4" drop. I'm dropped close to 5" in the rear, and I only have about 2-2 1/2" of clearance there at best.
That being said, you probably could "make it fit" with a little fab/mod work, it's just not gonna be plug n' play.
