I don't have uconnect in the Ram but the wifes Jeep has the new 8.4an system that is almost useless IMO! The NAV is awkward and not easy to use, sometimes it finds what your looking for and sometimes it doesn't. Voice command sucks. The Chevy she had before was 10x better!

The media center locks up and the screen goes black pretty doesn't know why. Because it doesn't have a cd player they are having trouble re loading the program, this I don't understand because it has usb.

None of the apps are available yet, who would pay for a service you can't use? From what I understand these apps will run through Sprint.

One good thing about it so far is that it can be a wifi hot spot, IMO it's not worth the price to use it all the time but nice to use on a road trip.

It was easy to pair my phone to it, the wife and I both use iPhone 5's
