Default Props to autoanything!

I ordered a tonnopro loroll cover for my new truck a few weeks before I even took delivery of it. I installed the cover this past Saturday (3 days after getting the truck) and found that 2 of my clamps were messed up. I was able to make them work but was not confident in them staying put for any length of time. I emailed customer service yesterday and explained the problem. They responded today telling me that tonnopro was sending me replacements via FedEx with a tracking number! I haven't seen customer service that good in a long time! I was expecting to have to send off the bad clamps and wait weeks for new ones but that wasn't the case at all!

Just wanted to share my positive experience with autoanything. I had emailed tonnopro myself also and they just sent an automated response telling me to call some number. So, thank you autoanything for taking care if that for me!
