Question for you Ram owners... Should I "Really" start to complain now, or let them keep playing their game? I have been complaining, but not to the point of yelling... I really don't want to go there. Please advise.
Yelling will probably set you back. If you are persistent and act the friendly guy and intelligent guy it will take you farther faster. IMHO as a customer service guy.
