Stock heads support 400hp, so you're not going to move to other heads with stock or even modified induction and a stock computer.
Cam? Yes. Do that. Don't forget matching valvesprings and stronger pushrods. There's actually a lotta possible interchanging of parts on the whole LA/Magnum engines. Just have to be specific as to what part you mean.
Intake manifold. You can get VERY nice improvement with the Hughes Engines exclusive Edelbrock Performer RPM AirGap for MPI manifold...a bit pricey, but a complete kit and it shows significant gains.
The first Magnum computers have some very good programming built in. Later years they got a bit soft.
Oh, and if your exhaust manifolds are in good shape, consider selling them.....oh, I dunno......to me? The '92's had larger exhaust than later years....good for about 10hp more than later models. They definitely made the aftermarket header makers step up their game. However, the '92 is the previous generation Ram that'd been around and virtually ignored since the, well, since the '70's for the most part. Your best bet for finding an aftermarket match would be to look up parts for a Magnum-equipped 4WD Ramcharger (1992-318 Mag, 1993-318/360 Mag). They are the closest chassis match to the W150 of the same vintage.
