Unless things changed between the Magnum engines and the LA engines, you will need a balancer plate. The 360 (LA) engine was externally balanced at the flywheel and the 318 was internally balanced. (Don't ask me how I know. Lol). I don't know if this is true of the Magnum engines, but it is worth researching.
