I have a feeling that your Bilsteins were not installed correctly on the front. I've seen pictures before of guys putting the retainers on upside down. That would explain why you're nose high. Especially with the 1" rear spacer. Who did the Bilstein install? You or a shop? First thing I'd do is pull them out and go through them thoroughly to verify they are put together correctly.

Post some pictures of your Bilsteins installed on the truck so we can see how they were set up.
