You can also try an adjustable pinion snubber for cheaper. Set it up two inches or so from the chassis if you have time to crawl under your truck before the race. Or if you don't haul heavy loads you can just keep it at that setting. It will throw the weight down on your rear and pick up the front end when it bottoms out against the frame. Much easier and cheaper than traction bars if you can't afford it and it works just as good.
