Last story was, Dodge fell behind on CAFE mpg numbers so no trucks were leaving the factory with 360 CID motors until CAFE mpg numbers came back up.

Thats exactly why I posted something to the effect that nothing has changed from the "old days"......and it also explains why so many people pay top dollar buying one off the lot instead of ordering one...wonder what the breakdown would be from one mfg to the next...
