In the last plan we had posted on here, Dodge still retains Ram, it's just a sub-division, like Jeep. Dodge is supposed to focus on the cars and performance. Ram will keep all the trucks it has, and I do believe that the dakota will be sticking around under the same name. Last I heard of course.
