I had received the notice too

I had to get my driveshaft replaced a couple years ago, it did NOT fix the problem, but it was done because DODGE told my dealership to do it

well, last week before leaving on my annual cross country trip
i asked them to check everything out, because i will be driving 7,000 miles & the Ram had 86,000+ miles on it.
WELL, they found out that my Pinion Seal was beginning to leak
they replaced the seal & performed the Pinion Nut Recall
they never wiped the oil off from the underside frame, gas tank, or anything else !!
i ask, is that a way to do business ??
