Still working for me. It's very confusing, I don't even know how I figured it out, but here's how it works for me:

After you download it to your computer, I think it's a zip file, so unzip it.
Double click on the unzipped folder
Double click on the folder "service manual"
Double click on the folder "common"
Double click on the folder "html"
Right click on the file "default" and select "open with" then select "internet explorer"

Works for me...

EDIT: well, I'm a liar. I guess I never tried it on my new laptop with windows 7. Even thought the page comes up, when I click on the button it just goes to a blank page. It worked on my old laptop though, with windows xp.
