Some 2007-2008 Hemi models have a similar due to a software issue that is corrected by a PCM flash. I don't see any bullitens regarding any gauge or oil pressure issues for your year truck for any of the engines. My advice would be to have it double checked with a mechanical gauge to rule out a pump or loss of prime concern. It's possible that the pressure sensor is failing. Unplug the sensor and check for any leaks and pay attention to see if any oil is wicking into the harness. I've seen leaks like this lead to engine harness and PCM replacement a few times.
