First of all youre all wrong in how youre spraying dip. First 2 coats should be light dusting to create a base for you later coats to bind to. 3-6 coats should be sprayed on "wet". Heavy enough to not look textured but not so heavy that it runs. Let it dry 10-15 minutes between coats. Doing 1 coat will ensure that you have a really hard time if you ever try to peel it off. 6+ coats means easy peeling later on along with a very durable coating.
