Try going back to stock and see what happens, regardless, drive carefully and try not to let it knock. Knocking is very bad on a hemi. I have my truck dyno tuned with a Diablo Predator. My tuner monitors knock retard and adjust timing and fuel trims for 93 octane summer tune and 87 for winter. He welds a bung in the exhaust and installs a wideband O2 sensor. I don't have a lot of faith in the canned tunes that come with the tuners, big fan of custom dyno tuning utilizing the Diablo tuners, not using the canned tune. If you have some low octane crap gas, and you still get a little knocking with the stock tune, dump in a bottle of NOS brand octane booster, maybe 2.
