Actually the only thing I could think of would be the bulb.

Here is my reasoning: If the front right turn signal works correctly than it cannot be the relay, as the turn signal relay acts on the entire side of the vehicle. It also couldn't be the brake switch or the left brake light and 3rd brake light would not work. The bulb has 2 "filaments" (wires) inside of it. Have you actually replaced the bulb to make sure its not the problem? It would be the cheapest fix. Maybe a wire running to the right rear of your truck has come loose, corroded, or disconnected. 1 wire operates both the brake and turn signal "filament", another wire operates the tail light/parking light feature. Trace your wires starting at the bulb.
