Default 2004 dodge ram hemi sport

My wife drives a 2004 dodge ram hemi sport 4x4. We recently replaced all four tires and over the last month or so the truck has this really obnoxious squeak and bounce to the front end.

Truck has about 90k miles and I don't know if anything has been done to the suspension prior to us owning it. Could this be shocks? or something else in the suspension that needs to be replaced.

If it is shocks I'm thinking monroe reflex and was wondering how difficult it would be for me to replace them myself. I've done suspension work on a vehicle before, but never a four wheel drive vehicle.

Thanks
