You'll need to find out what the actual offset is of the wheels before I can give you some solid info. The wheel should list the offset on the back of one of the spokes....

If they are a -24 or larger you're going to rub, no question. Mine are -12 offset with 35x12.5 Toyo MT's and I rubbed when I had a 2.5" level. It was very minimal and I did get rid of most of it, but it was still there. With a -24 sticking out a half inch further you'll have even bigger problems. Then if you have to use the adapters to make them work you're screwed.... You'll be sticking out about 3.5-4 inches with that set up and you won't be able to turn very far before you either hit your fender or the bumper.
