Do you plan on keeping your stock rims to put on in the winter? If so you will want to keep your stock TPMS sensors in those and buy new ones for your second set of rims. If you plan on running the new rims full time (and just selling off the stock ones) then yes, you could just take the sensors out of your stock rims and put them in the new ones.
