#7 cylinder is misfiring. Why? I don't know. Coil pack may be going bad, plug could be bad, could be a few things. I don't think it is related to your fan clutch going bad. You could get a heat gun and put some heat to the clutch, then test the tension, but it's a pretty safe bet that the fan clutch has gone out. You can do 1 of 2 things. 1) you could replace the fan clutch or B) you could do the e-fan mod and get a few more horses out of the engine.
