It's Mopar's fancy word for fuse box. It will be black and have a removable cover. I believe it will be on the drivers side on your truck beinst the air filter housing in on the passenger side. It holds all the fuses and relays for the truck. They make inserts that fit over a fuse, so you should be able to locate a switched fuse, remove it, put the tab on the fuse and reinstall the fuse. Add a ground and zip ping badda bing, you've got a switched circuit.
