Default what tune give the best mpg?

I am currently running the 87 tune with msds off and I have seen 2 mpg better then with no tuner, which I'm happy with. My question is for my road trip 1100 miles each way mostly interstate and some rolling 2 lanes roads, pulling a tandem axel enclosed trailer loaded at about 6000 lbs. What tune should run for best mpg? Keep in mind I usually have it about 5-7 mph over the posted limit. Have the Hemi and 3.55 gears in my 1500, was wondering if anyone has had a chance to experment for mpgs when pulling
