Wheel offset is the distance that the mounting pad is offset from the center of the wheel. A wheel with -0- offset is perfectly centered between the inner and outer of the wheel .. Positive offset moves the wheel inward and negative offset moved it out... Wheel diameter has no effect on the offset..
