Default everything

i have been looking into this for a project i would like to start. between viper and ram V-10's virtually everything is different. however, if you are looking into V-10 mods, think 5.9 magnum plus 2 cylinders. the 8.0 has a larger stroke than the 5.9 and the bottom end is a little different too. but rods and pistons are the same. i have been looking into 4.0 jeep con rods. they are 100g lighter, but much stronger. and there is a ton of them out there. they also have smaller rod journals, but same width. this way, you can offset grind the crank and get close to 500 cubes depending on overbore. the 8.0 has a 8.4:1 compression ratio. i do not physically have one yet to tear apart, but this should bring you close to zero deck. i am looking at picking one up here soon. i will have to beef up my engine stand because the 8.0 is 800lbs+.
