Wow the guy I've been talking with has been nice.
He sounds quite young too, and on top of that, he made a point to say he lived about 50 minutes away from me for most his life until he moved 1.5 years ago for the job at Impartial. He was also very interested in what I do for a living and talked a bit about that too.
So I think he actually may in fact be on my side.
On Friday when he called he even said, he wanted to resolve this early this week and wanted me to go to the local dealer and get everything in order, even if that meant ordering a new truck.
So he wasn't wasting any time either. But so far, no call today.
I did send him an email about an hour ago asking him if I can expect a call from him today to get this all resolved asap.
