Well..the field tech said "No problem found". Gave the radio an update, disconnected the battery and reset the radio, checked to see if the radio bezel was touching the touch screen. Wow..that was worth it. Dealership: "Just see what happens now".
One thing the service dept mgr did say is that they are seeing quite a few problems with the 8.4, just haven't had to replace the radio 4 times like my truck. Now I think I'm getting the run around from Chrysler.
