When you ask if we see it "helping at all", I am not quite sure what that means.

It does not appear to help with gas mileage.
What is does is help keep oil from being blown from the PCV valve back into the intake.

I do not have a tuner and do not plan on using one.
However, we do run our truck fairly hard.
We do a lot of heavy hauling and towing our boat to the coast.

I have seen people around the net post that it is not needed and does not really do anything.
My thought is, it certainly does not hurt to keep the crap out of the intake.

and they do work, I have seen lots of photos of people opening them after driving around for awhile and they have collected quite a bit of oil.

ETA: as for the best place to get one,
I bought mine direct from Billet Technologies during their Labor Day sale.
There are other manufacturers and you can even make one yourself.
You just need to decide what can you want and look around for the best price.
