Jack it up under the rear diff and put the jack stands underneath that as well (out towards the sides of course).

The general rule of thumb is that you can jack up on frame or anything that suspension connects too (as that will be the strongest part of the truck). Just have some common sense about where you are placing things. Obviously putting jack stands in the middle of a control arm or a sway bar is a terrible idea.... Find something flat and solid and you should be good.
