You should be worry free.... but since you got them off you should give the studs and lugs a nice cleaning with either compressed air or penetrating oil. You don't want any grime or debris in the threads. Torque them to spec (torque numbers in the owners manual).
Tighten lugs in a "star" pattern clockwise - 1,3,5,2,4. Then after about 30 miles - check and re-torque lugs. If you don't have a torque wrench- it is a must.
