Unfortunately an aftermarket intake won't get more air into his engine, the OEM set-up is more than efficient, but he already has an aftermarket intake.
Raising boost won't do anything as that's simply a measurement of restriction..
But you did give me a thought. He said he has a DPF delete. Is that just the DPF gone but the NOX and Cat are still present? If so, OP are you running DPF delete tuning with the other components in place?
