I checked through the manual and what I found was that it needed to come in for "service on regular intervals" and then they dictate the 15K,30K,60K, and so on. The other thing that I did not clarify is that when I originally started this in June RAM CARE stated that they needed to see the vehicle within the 60 day period and then they lengthened it to 90 days. The December 2012 Oil Change would have covered that, then once the Dealer sent all of the records to them in mid-August, there was no contact for almost a month (Friday, Sept. 13) and then they change their minds and say it has to be a "major service" like the 60K which was previously mentioned, so why not make the "special inspection" part of the 60K service and not a time range. My biggest issue at this point, aside from the fact that it took them from June of 2013 until now to actually give me a response, is that they keep changing their requirements. As I have said, love the RAM do not like the Corporation.
